We can install storm shelters and safe rooms in the Dallas area, but we’ll have to determine a custom delivery fee as we would have to be put up in a hotel for the night before and after the installation.

Is it true that you have to be 5′ away from the house and 5′ away from the property line?
This is not true for all cities/counties. Storm shelter placement is dependent on where you live and how strict the building permit department is. I believe we’ve already discussed this via email, but in Norman, you do have to be 5′ away from the house. The 5′ away from property lines wouldn’t surprise me. Most cities are pretty picky about property lines, but most of them don’t care about how close you get it to the house.
I am very interested in a 6′ x 6′ safe room. What is the wait time for installation once the safe room has been purchased? I live @ zip 74002.

i’m wanting to purchase a 4′ x 6′ safe room. I attempted to apply for a storm shelter loan online through Communications Federal Credit Union but it states I would have to be a CFCU member before I can apply. I understand that is something I will need to talk to them about. No problem. I will contact Meagan Davis tomorrow morning. My question is, once I get the loan how long will it take to have the safe room delivered to Norman, OK? Please email me any information about your safe rooms and an estimated delivery date.
